Stuart Larsen, Kahn Kleinman, LPA, one of the presenters for the April 3, 2006 Consumer Bankruptcy Reform & the Corporate Assets of Bankruptcy Reform Seminar has submitted a letter from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (Canton) reminding practioners that Form B240A was updated in January 2007. Reaffirmation agreements that are not on the updated B240A will be denied beginning April 2, 2007.
