Course Description: This presentation will offer helpful signs to identify when tampering may have occurred with evidence that includes photographs, documents, and electronic messages and general strategies to properly introduce this evidence at trial

SESSION TWO: Back to Basics: Ohio: A Review of Ethics and Professionalism (This will fulfill the required one hour for ethics and professionalism) 1:00 - 2:00 NEW OHIO RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT 2:00 – 3:00 PROFESSIONALISM IN OHIO
Course Description: This presentation will review changes of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct as well as recent disciplinary counsel cases. This presentation will encourage audience participation and will involve discussion of different scenarios and ask participants to consider the ethical and professional issues related to each fact pattern.
